SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rate differ for each province in Canada. For shipping rate to your address, please fill out the check-out form and your shipping rate will be shown before you make your purchase. 

We offer free shipping options on orders over $85 before tax across Canada.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING

We only ship within Canada at this time.

All orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 - 4 days of being received and take about 1 - 14 business days to arrive depending on weather and how busy the carriers are. Unfortunately we cannot control how long a shipping company takes to deliver your order, if you are experiencing issues please contact them directly.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Email us at: info@fudge-it.com to inform us of the damage.

CONFIRMATION OF SHIPMENT

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail that the order has shipped with your tracking number or log on to your account to view the status of your order.

LOCAL PICKUP OPTION

For the lower mainland we offer pickup as an option. Pickup times are on the weekend or after 4:30pm on weekdays. Our commercial kitchen is located at 1507 Powell Street in Vancouver. Choose local pickup as a delivery method at checkout.
